Part-Time (25 hours/wk.)


2nd shift:  3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (3 days a week; either weekday or weekends)

3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (3 days a week; either weekdays or weekends)

***Must be available for initial training on required weekdays (Monday – Friday / 9:00am-5:00pm)***

Job Summary

Coach USA is seeking self-motivated, detail oriented candidates to provide operational, technical and administrative support by way of a central monitor web interface.  The candidate will assist field Operations in monitoring of basic assignment functions of fleet operations. Candidates must enjoy working in a team environment.  

Essential Functions

  • Provides daily reports on fleet speeding and safety performance standards  
  • Monitor emergency alerts received from drivers and monitoring software
  • Respond to internal and external customers inquiries/concerns via phone, email and text
  • Facilitate presentations on safety procedures to key officials
  • Monitor video downloads for daily bus runs and compile completion reports
  • Confirm all fleet buses are assigned to a designated route
  • Proactively respond to off route alerts and tire hazards with priority
  • Identify and diagnose GPS related issues
  • Lead projects as necessary

Minimum Requirements/Skills

  • High school diploma
  • Call Center/Help desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
  • Typing proficiency of 30 wpm
  • Ability to think independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
